Vss and ABS lights on and 501 code from check engine

    I have a 2002 Sonata V6 and both the TCS and ABS lights sre on. I also got 500 501 vss codes from check engine light being on. So now what? Is it just a sensor and where is it located? The Speedometer seems to work fine and no excelleration problems. Two things I'll mention. It ran low on break fluid which I replaced after the lights came on and I also had replaced an alternator last year which ment taking out the drive shaft on the passanger side.
