'03 Hyundai Accent Hatchback

    I have a burned out license bulb. I've removed the inside, plastic cover
    on the tail gate and still, I see no way to change the bulb. I took it
    to the local dealer. They told me to remove the inside panel and there
    should be an access panel, NOT...
    It's a small annoyance however, I sure could use some help.... Thanks in
    advance.

    Unscrew the lens from the outside. Pull the lamp out, twist the socket out
    of the housing, and replace the bulb.
