03 Sonata rough idle in gear

    My 03 Sonata has a rough or low idle mostly when in gear. I have replaced the TPS, ISAC and EGR. I can’t find a vacuum leak if there is one. No check engine light either. Runs good otherwise with 250k miles. Any thoughts about what could be causing this issue?

    Clean the throttle body and/or in take plenum.
    Throw a bottle of fuel injector in.
