06 3.3 Sonata lunges when put in drive and reverse

Changes motor mounts twice and still car lunges and motor moves excessively when put into reverse or drive especially when engine is cold. Can anyone help?
 
Sounds like idle is way too high .. especially when cold
Don't know for certain the causes.
It could be any number of things
Throttle position sensor, associated wiring??
Idle air control valve, stuck??
Faulty fuel regulator??
Crank sensor?
Cam sensor?
O2 sensors?

Of course, never change parts without properly diagnosing the issue
