2002 Santa Fe Rear Seat Won't Come Up

    My 2002 Hyundai Santa fe-- the seats don't pull up. There is a cloth loop and into the cloth loop when a strap that you pulled on. If that strap comes loose of the loop then you can't pull up the rear seats so you can convert the back into storage, etc. Anybody know of a fix short of taking it to a mechanic of a dealer? It's obvious to me that's the problem but getting to the little whatsit that actually releases the rear seats so you can pull them up is kinda tricky :(
