2005 Santa Fe will not idle down? Cause and how to fix please.

2005 Santa Fe will not idle down. What causes this and how do I repair.
If multiple reasons how do I diagnose the problem? Runs at 3000 RPM's and never comes down.

Don't know. Can only guess. It might be because the TPS sensor is faulty?
Scan the ECU and see if there are any diagnostic trouble codes
