Does it crank fine (Meaning it doesn't feel like it's stucks a little when cranking)? What about the dash lights, and other electronics, does everything come on?
If yes, than check spark plugs and possibly replace them all. There may also be a problem with the fuel injector or fuel delivery system.
There may be other issues too, but I would suggest you to tow it to any local shop and have them pull error codes to see what was the problem.
