2006 Hyundai Azera engine spins but won't start

I have a 2006 Hyundai Azera and the engine will spin but doesn't want to start with the key. I have an aftermarket remote starter and that will start the car but not always on the first try, it sometimes goes to the second, third or forth try. Last Thursday it took a half hour before it started. Sometimes it will almost catch but then just go to cranking. I had the fuel pump replaced and I got a new key for it. Something it not letting it start. Can someone help me?

I have one more comment, it is in limp mode, how do you get it out of that???
