**Today, I went to visit my dad at work. My family owns a Hyundai dealership in CT. Talking with my uncle, he was waxing eloquent about the new Sonata. So we took a walk into the showroom and, boy, was I impressed. The new Sonata is a sweet car. It's a potential Honda killer. Very roomy with a nice price. Sadly, they added pinstripes for $200 and rustproofing for some other price. Pity. Added pinstripes scream 'used' car to me as well as rip-off. I picked up the brochure and found that the V6 makes 235 hp and comes with a nice sports package featuring 17-inch wheels and a dual exhaust. Well, I thought it was awesome until I found out that it wasn't available with a manual transmission. :( Why no manual transmission? How come all the dinkiest engines and the lowest-level models come with a manual? Anyway, if I had to pick a color, it would probably be the aquamarine, deepwater blue, black or cinnamon. kaboomie
