2007 sonata p0340 help!

i have 2007 sonata with a 2.4. It cranks for a long time before starting and I have loss of power/hesitation Accelerating and the check engine light is on with a p0340 code. I replaced the cam position sensor with a factory sensor and replaced the battery still same problem. Car has 108,000 miles. Help please.

Spark plugs possibly. Have you taken it in to have the computer code checked?
