With 85,000 miles on my 2010 Santa Fe, I'm about to buy my third set of tires (dry rot claimed the current and previous tires). I have had them all rotated often, checked with every 5,000-mile oil change.

My driving is about 75% around town, 25% highway (into the Nevada desert and other regions of Arizona). No off-road, no towing.

Anyone have experience/suggestions about an all-season tire that might last more than 45,000 miles? We're in north central Arizona--four mild seasons, hottest summer temp 100, coldest winter temp in the teens. We do get heavy wet driving in the monsoon season, but otherwise it's mostly dry roads.

    Thanks.
