I have not driven my 2011 Sonata for 2 weeks. Tried to use it tonight..said "key not in car" Just had a new remote battery put in by dealer 2 months ago. Got my extra remote-also with new battery and same thing. Said "insert key." I've never been able to figure out where that ignition slot for the key was..got out my bookfound it but could not get it to slide in. In the meantime after turning on the interior lights, they started blinking ...EVERY light on or in the car is blinking Tried to turn off the lights-not happening. Checked to see if blinker is on --Blinker is not on. Left the car for 30 minutes, now the headlights are on constant, punching the remote start cause it to blink a few times then goes back to staying on. ????
2011 Sonata remote not working-all car lights blinking and will not turn off.
