I was driving today and all the power elements stopped working. Power windows, power steering, radio, ac etc... but the car was running fine. All lights came on the dash. After a few minutes. Everything started working again. I did just have the battery replaced. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I did do a ecu reset and things are ok. Should I keep worrying
