2013 Elantra hesitating when starting up

    My car was hesitating when I was starting it up intermittently over the past several months, and then yesterday, it tried, but it just didn't turn over no matter how many times I tried. Hoping it was just the battery, we replaced it. It started right up, but this morning it wouldn't start again. I had it towed to the shop and they said it needed a new starter. So, now I have a new battery and a new starter....but....

    I left work and it started, but it hesitated when it started. So, what am I possibly looking at here?
