2013 Santa Fe won’t attempt to start

Hello all. I have a coworker that has a 2013 Santa Fe Sport. The car quit running while making a turn. Car had to be towed. You can lock and unlock doors with the key fob. While key is in run position, you have dash lights, radio works, everything seems to be operating properly. Turn to start, radio turn off, some instrument lights below radio turn off, no clicking or starter even tries to turn the motor over.

Engine immobilizer?
Transponder key?

Would you be able to turn key to run position if either of the above were bad?

Or something else?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

I have a Hyundai Santa Fe 2.4l G4KE it's not showing PRND on the clock . we discovered that the inhibitor was not working well and the plug broken it's wires . I am looking for the plug wires diagram .it's a 5pin plug
I appreciate your help.
