2014 Santa Fe air duct work problem

i have a 2014 Santa Fe as I drive down the highway with the air on the duck works dampers (flapper valves) close off the air flow to all of the vents. The only way to correct the problem is to turn off the system for 20 to 30 minutes. The problem occurs only when we are on the highway for long trips. Is this a common problem with others and how can it be fixed?

The fan and the a/c compressor keeps running but no air comes out of any of the vents.
