2016 Tuscon Display Not Working

Purchased a used 2016 Tuscon in Feb and this morning the display wouldn't work. I usually hop in, connect my phone and set on my way however today none of the buttons would work. Display seemed stuck. I turned the car on and off, display came on and seemed to work for a minute before going completely black. Radio works but not display itself. Has anyone else experienced this issue before or have any recommendations on how to fix? I would greatly appreciate it.

I have just bought a used 2019 Tuscon, 4 weeks ago, and my screen has turned black also! How did you solve your problem? Thanks, Susan
