I am the original owner of this low mileage (50K) car. For a few years,
the steering wheel has shaken during idle. If I increase the fuel flow a
little (lightly on the pedal), the idle smoothes right out.

I had a tune-up done hoping it would help, but it has not. Is there a way
    to adjust the idle?

Chances are this is not an engine issue. This engine vibrates quite a bit
normally. You may need to replace the four mounts.
