Hey tech thx for the reply =)
well I'm taking the car in on thurs for a check to see what's up, it hasn't
    smelled since....
I also forgot to mention that when I drive fast for lets say 5 min or more I
get that smell in the cars cabin...
that happened one day when I was passing 4 transports in a passing lane
going at 175 kmh by time I was round last transport..
anyways was a looong straight stretch so I left it there to gain some
distance from the transports and a few min later i began to smell clutch at
    that high rate of speed...
do u think maybe its just out of adjustment?
worst case scenario price is 628.00 for replacement of clutch with a kit
with new release bearing and fly wheel re surfacing....
also, my clutch pedal goes creaaaak when I push it in, do u think fork and
ball be worn out to maybe?

Probably just needs some grease on the fork contact points with the slave
    cylinder and the fulcrum ball.
