99 accent gas leak

    hubby came home tonight complaining of a strong gas smell..
    its coming from a highpressure fuel line that has black foam around it.
    its just behind the injectors off to right side, easy fix?
    going to look manana in daylight and see.
    nice time to happen, - 30 c out
