Could anyone tell me how to figure out why the AC compressor clutch is not engaging in our 2010 Sante Fe??

Last night I located the fuses and relay that activates the A/C clutch.
Fuses were good and I pulled the relay and checked the coil which measured about 110 ohms.
Voltage is present at the relay coil and contacts. With the engine running and A/C I slowly plugged the relay in and could not feel it click. I measured the voltage at the relay coil socket terminals and got 14v on one side which is good and 2.5v on the other side that did not change when I switched A/C on and off. So at this point I am thinking a fault in the climate control module. I have not yet jumped the relay contact terminals to see if the compressor clutch will engage.
