adding fog lamps and xenon bulb head lamps

    hi,
    I would like to add fog lamps and xenon bulbs to lamps to the 2003
    Elantra GLS.
    Can some one suggest the correct code / power and approximate cost?
    Will the wiring & electrical system require any alteration?
