Air Con Blower

    My son's 1998 Sonata's air conditioner blows cold air but not enough of it.
    From the noise it's making the fan seems to turning enough but the volume of
    air coming into the cabin is low. Is this a know issue? Is there something
    specific to be looking at? Thanks.
