alarm sounds when wipers engaged?

    I have a 2017 hyundai tucson. a couple days ago, when i turned on the front wipers a warning alarm sounds (sounds the same as the car alarm horn) and sounds every pass of the wipers.... also the car alarm will not sound when it is supposed to, such as when using panic button or engaging the car alarm using fob. any one have any thoughts that will help? tks much in advance
