Black bumpers and wheel arch attachments discolouration

    My 2019 Tucson TL4 rear bumper and left hand side while arch have discoloured with 'whiteish' blemishes. It can be fixed by using "Armoural" or like products, but it is obviously a defect in manufacture. My 2015 Kia Cerato is older but not showing any blemishes at all.
