Car Alarm

Hi,

The car alarm on my Hyundai Atoz is giving me hassels. Stopped off somewhere, and when wanted to go out again, the alarm was not working. I need to be able to disable the alarm. How would I go about doing this? If anyone can help.

well no not mention the year of the car. but for elantra, find the switch into the hood, that when the hood is open, it tell the computer the hood is open.
Open the wire (you could just open it with a knife, and ground that wire to the body, so the computer will see an open hood all the time and will not arm the alarm system.
