I have a 05 tiburon v6 I recently replaced the clutch and throw out bearing, but I have an issue. Now the clutch pedal will function normally under lower rpm, but when trying to shift in higher rpm the pedal goes soft and I can feel vibrations and makes noise in the pedal. When starting the pedal will sometimes build pressure and other times it will go down easily and the transmission will make a chattering noise. I've already adjusted the master cylinder and bled the slave cylinder a lot with no success. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

    Did you also replace clutch?
Cause his problem sounds like the throw out bearing or the lever that pushes the bearing is off it's pivot
If nothing else I would have tried replacing the throw out bearing again
Just guessing since he didn't update his thread with a fix.

No I haven’t even touched the car yet I just bought it, still drives fine it’s just the clutch pedal is in different spots sometimes and it vibrates when I press it down sometimes. Is there an inspection cover on the trans? It’s an 01 sonata 2.4L

I don't know if there is an inspection plate
Do you do your own work or do you have a mechanic do it?

I do my own work but I’m still currently driving it I just try to shift at lower rpms so it last a little longer, I just need it to last till spring so that way I can work on it because right now it’s snowing and cold

    Good luck
