The amount is on 2005, the '06 is all new so the factoy has no reason to incentive it.

Dumb question, but what is a holdback?
Is it the amount the dealer will come down
from the posted price on the window?

Where did you get that number? Hyundai's standard holdback is 2% of the total invoice. Dealer incentives and consumer rebates are something else.
