    2017 Santa Fe Sport 20K miles Wife took in for oil change and after was advised needs Wheel Alignment
    Minor Tune Up, and HVAC can anyone shed light on why dealer would advise needed. Thank you

    Dealers make money by offering services
    Wheel alignment usually only when buying new tires and seeing a bad tread wear pattern
    Or when replacing steering and suspension parts
    Minor tune up? What does that consist of and what benefit do you get from it?
    HVAC?? Change the cabin air filter? DIY and save a bundle.

    Getting an oil change at most garages, they will check your vehicle to see what services they can sell you.
    This why oil changes at those places are cheap. So they can see if they can up sell you on other services.
