Dealer/Service Problem

    Elantra 2000, 75k's. Took it in for service for a temp gauge spiking
    high and back to normal off and on. Plus AC blowing hot and cold at
    times. After 2 days in shop they installed a new sensor assy-water,
    part #399220-22010 $24.99, $59.49 including labor.

    The same problem still exists. Talked to service to no avail. Sent
    letter to dealership owner, no help. I am contesting the charge on the
    credit card used.

    Does Hyundai have a complaint dept?
