Elite i20 car stereo button backlight led are flickering. What is causing this issue?

    I20 car stereo button backlight led is flickering. I removed the stereo and connected it back still the same problem. I went to the service station, they are saying it cannot be done as the car is out of warranty. They telling me to replace the stereo who costs around 25-30K. Could anyone help me?
