Error code P0501

Vehicle speed sensor "A" Range/Performance. This is what my code is abs light on
Speed odometer works fine, had to put valve cover gasket on and generator

Some cars use two sensors to check for speed
One is on the transmission which usually feeds the speedometer and ECU
The other is an ABS speed sensor which feeds the ECU
That information is used for ABS
The ECU will compare both sensors information to determine if the information is accurate

where would that be located on a 2011 Hyundai Veracruz GLS

Don't know for certain
One would be on the tranny
The other is the ABS sensor
