I just purchased a 2014 Hyundai Elantra on June 30th. I got the extended warranty on the vehicle, which I regretted that evening after thinking about how much it cost (3,200) and whether or not it was worth it. (Which, I don't think it is and I'm sick over it) All of the sources I checked said that you can in fact cancel the extended warranty at any time but when I looked at my extended warranty contract today, it says that you can not cancel the extended warranty if it's used/pre-owned vehicle. (The terms and conditions were not discussed with me at the time of purchase)

Can I still cancel it even though it says no?

    Please, HELP!!!

A 2014 should still have a valid five year warranty from Hyundai
A $3200 extended warranty should not be necessary.
The guys at the dealer must have been so happy to see you sign it.

Can you cancel it? I don't know. Did you already pay for it?
If you didn't and don't pay then they will automatically cancel it for non payment
Can you call the dealer and ask them to cancel the extended warranty??

It did have the remainder of the 5 year warranty which would expire in 2019. It went through financing so it was added to the amount that I financed. I plan on speaking to the dealership tomorrow (today was a holiday). I called Hyundai Customer Service and they are closed today too because of the holiday!

    Did you put money down?
    Did you sign papers?

If you did then you are at the mercy of the dealer.
    I wish you luck.
