feeling robbed

I recently had my timing belt, valve timing, power steering belt a n d thermostat replaced. A day later my power steering was whining and I took it back in to be told I had a leak in the high pressure line and it needed to be replaced. I feel they may have damaged the line but they are telling me they were no where near it.

Is this true? I find it hard to believe when I wad not having a problem prior to them replacing the timing belt, etc.
