I just purchased an 03 Sante Fe with 104k miles. The p/s reservoir was leaking and I replaced it. No more leaks but when the car warms up, I still get a grinding noise when turning the wheel. The temps here have been over 90 degrees and it only happens after I've driven 30-60 minutes. Could this be the pump? Hoping I didn't buy a lemon!

I think the problem is with the steering wheel pump, you check if the replaced p/s reservoir is proper or not

I had the same issue and it was the alignment was bad and was messing with the tires after a whole new 4 set of tires and alignment is good to go
