Had the 2-3 upshift TSB applied 2004 Sonata

Anyone know if this helps the 2-3 shift in 'Sportronic' mode?

My auto seems AOK, but I've noticed a slight lag on the 2-3 upshift when picking gears by hand. This is my first 'manu-matic' car, so I don't have any baseline to compare.

BTW, the tach either ratchets as it moves (esp low in the range, from idle to 3000) or on occasion it will just be dead at startup until the next shutdown/restart (usually the first drive in a day or two).

Anyone know if this will be a PITA to get fixed (ie, leave the car, etc)?

Otherwise, we love it so far!
