Has boot but does not turn on (2000)

    My accent don't start, the ckp sensor is good, it has 0.823 k ohm resistance, it is new genuine hyundai, the voltage signal is 2.3volts (is it normal that it receives 2v or are 5v?) The coils were tested And the spark is weak, it receives voltage but it delivers weak spark. The scanner does not flaw. Thank you for your answers

    Accent prime 2000 1.5 12v, g4eb engine
