Heater/Defrost/Air Problems - Coolant Leak???

    Every little bit, the air/heat/defrost cycles (obviously not using A/C this time of year), makes a noise and while it's making the noise, a smoky-looking cloud poofs up like a pressure valve is releasing, if there is such a thing on it. The A/C fan turns very briefly while this is happening. Smells like polish remover when it's 'poofing'. It's a 2005 Santa Fe.

    Suggestions? Our nearest Hyundai dealer is in another state.
