My 07 Santa Fe (one of them), has developed a vibration from the back of the
vehicle. Isolated it down to where the molded plastic cover sits next to
the rear window on the rear lifting door.

Was able to eliminate by wedging a small piece of cardboard between the
window and the plastic piece. However that is a pretty ugly fix.

I'd like to know how much is involved to remove the rear plastic piece and
more nicely fixing the problem.

Thanks,

Jim

I don't think I've ever done this. Most are fairly simple, involving a fe
screws, perhaps detaching seat belt anchors, and then just clips and tab
after that.

Presuming this is still within the warranty period, however, just take i
in to the dealer, give them the information you already have (even leav
the cardboard in place so they can see it), and let them fix it for free

OK - Thanks. Just a 90 mile round trip to the dealer, but may wait for next
necessary travel there.

Appreciate it.

Jim
