High idle upon starting 2001 hyundia elantra

My 2001 hyundai elantra manual trans recently started to idle high only upon starting then returns to norm after a min or so. No idle flux after returning to norm just EVERY TIME I start it...I've own the car for 8 years and this is not norm..has new maf, new air intake hose, & injectors, coil etc
