Hondai Elantra drivers side door lock

    The drivers side door lock on my Hondai Elantra 2017 will not unlock with the fob or with the key. How do I solve this problem ? It only has 45,000 miles on it I bought it from Hertz car lot out in Beaverton Oregon off of Tualitan HWY.

    When you bought the car from Hertz, did they give you any warranty?
    If not then you may have to investigate yourself to see why it isn't functioning.
