how many hours to change one front wheel bearing on 98 elantra, thanks

    Then that's what they charge. Most if not practically all shops have
    a flat rate book that they go by. If the books reads that it should
    take 3 hours and the mechanic can do it in 30 minutes, you still get
    charged for the 3 hours and the mechanic likewise gets paid for the
    time.
