I need to reset the factory alarm on Tucson, I found the car with a completely dead battery, not even a dome light. the battery wouldn't take a charge so I bought a replacement. As soon as I put the cables on the alarm engaged, horn blaring, lights flashing and it sounds like the starter solenoid is constantly spinning. I Tried to every button on the remote, also tried locking & unlocking with the key, I tried putting the key in the ignition in the on position, then hooking up the cables in order to disable the alarm. I tried connecting the cables together for awhile then reconnecting them to the battery, nothing works. I've run out of Ideas Iopen to suggestions, Thanks!!!
