hubcaps peeling paint

    Ever notice, especially on the first-generation Accents, that the
    hubcaps peel paint real easily? I got a neighbor who has a 96' and she
    has this problem seriously. I have a 93' Excel that's starting to do
    this as well. Would spray-painting them silver make them look new
    again?
