I have a 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring. Today I had Safelite come out and replace the windshield. As soon as they left I changed the wiper blades. Since then the wipers do not function. When the ignition is on and with the wiper switch set to Off the wipers attempt to stroke but move only about 3/4" then move back to the park position. This continues until the ignition is switched off. When I switch the wipers to "On" I get the same behavior - 3/4", then park. I do not have the model with the rain sensor. I called Safelite and they say no part of replacing the windshield is eletrical. Has anyone ever had a similar problem?
