Knock sensor ?

OK does anyone have a reason for this. own a 2009 Accent when I fill the tank with gas after about 20 miles the Knock sensor light come on happens every time i get it a full tank of gas, Replace the knock sensor still the same results. Since it goes off after about 100 miles later, I started only filling it 3/4 full and have not have the light come on for 3000 miles. not thinking I fill the tank up a couple of days ago and sure enough the knock sensor light come on only to go off a 100 mile later.

Ya even switch to 93 just see to see if that would help
