Led brake, and front signal bulbs

If I replace my OEM signal light bulbs ( front and rear) with led bulbs. Do I need to change my signal relay in fusebox?

Sometimes the circuit is expecting a certain amount of resistance from the bulbs
The use of LEDs changes the resistance the circuit sees.
This may have the unexpected results of hyper flashing.

Don't know what the fix is. Cause I have never done the change.
