More than likely, vehicle is still too new to get a public version of Tech manual. That said, you can but I'm sure it'll cost a pretty penny to get your hands on one.
Could try one of the Mechanic subscription sites for OEM technician diagnostic manual. I know there is a few that you can purchase individual manuals for fairly decent prices. You'll get a .PDF download OR the ability to log in and search.
