Looking forward to buy a Hyundai 1999 H1

    Hello guys, I'm looking forward to buy a Hyundai 1999 H1, it has made 280,00KM.

    What i should look for before buying the car ? is there any specific known issues with this cars ?

    seller says, that car doesn't go over 100km/h because a speed sensor is faulty, does that make any sense ?

    also, seller says that he has changed this parts:
    1.Radiator
    2.coolant tank
    3.water pump
    4.altenator
