Need to unlock door

    My problem is that the rear passenger door is locked. Cant open it from either inside or outside. probably the actuator.. but will need to have to door open to access it. With the door closed and locked there is no way to remove the panel.
    Any ideas out there to get the door open?
    I have a new inside door handle and actuator as the inside handle was broken. was on
    Just ask and their solution was to remove the panel? doors locked can't get to the screws that are holding the panel!
